WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) –

A Tornado Watch has been issued for all of southeastern North Carolina until Sunday, 5 p.m. and has been extended in Bladen County until 11 p.m.

A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable to produce a tornado in and around the watch area. 

If you live within the watch area, be on the lookout for threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible warnings.
